Return Policy
Returns are happily accepted for 45 days from the date of purchase.
The item must be in the original condition in which it was received, except as noted above (in the "Good to Know" section.

Include the name on the order, order date, item name and your email address.
Watch your inbox for return/exchange instrucitons.
Once the item is received your refund or replacement item will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email.

Beyond that it's up to you whether to read or not.

Since the original materials (the bits of trees and wooden stuff) are rescued, there may be cracks, holes and other assorted characteristics that give each piece its unique personality.
Wood is like our skin and is affected by its environment. Cracks may change size indifferent climates.
For example, a crack that is barely visible in a semi-tropical climate like Florida may become more visible in a dry climate like Colorado.

If a crack appears within the 45 day return window that is large enough to spoil the enjoyment of the piece you have purchased, please contact us using the return request button above.
We will make arrangments for a return or exchange.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed prior to 5pm EDT will ship the next business day.
Orders placed after 5pm EDT will ship within 2 business days.
Responsible Shipping Materials
In the spirit of salvage and recycle the shipping container you receive your item(s) in will most likely be reused.
It may look a little worn, or it may come from the local liquor store, but inside your item(s) will be packed safely. There will even be some tissue paper (which will be new) and some bubble wrap (which probably will not).
